At Lily Blanche, we want you to be completely enamored with your new fashion pieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original Lily Blanche boutique packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
